A Dorset Redecoration and Construction firm contacted Achievist Solutions asking for help to complete administrative tasks to aid the owner in managing cash flow, invoicing, and email management.

After organising a structured process to track expenses by project and collect receipts from foremen, we focused on making invoicing and credit control more effective. This opened the door for a more in-depth discussion about strategic implementation, and the results achieved allowed us to propose a comprehensive Operations project.
